Prices
The price of the products you purchase is the price displayed on the Site at the time you confirm your order. This price will be confirmed in the order confirmation email sent to you. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT, with no hidden charges.
VAT will be applied at the applicable rate at the relevant tax point and will be clearly shown on your invoice or statement.
In the event that a pricing error is discovered for the products or delivery charges, we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to either confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, we will refund or credit the full amount charged to your credit card for the products.
Online Ordering
The order process involves the following steps:

Provide your delivery address.
Enter your billing details along with payment information.
Before finalizing your order, we recommend reviewing your selection and checking the total price, including any shipping charges.
Once you submit your order, we will send an email confirming receipt. Please note that this email only acknowledges we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance. Your order will be considered accepted once we dispatch the items to you, at which point a contract is formed. Until the items are dispatched, we reserve the right to refuse an order. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid.
Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. In general, items can be returned or exchanged within a specified period, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sale Contract
No sales contract will be formed between you and Tom Cruiser until the products are dispatched. All information provided on our Website is considered an invitation to treat and not an offer or unilateral contract. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products.
Tom Cruiser reserves the right to refuse an order, either in whole or in part, in the following situations:

If your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
If your order is flagged by our security systems as unusual or potentially fraudulent;
If payment for your bank transfer or reservation is not received on time;
If we have reason to believe you are a reseller;
If there was an error in the product pricing;
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided;
In the event of force majeure.
Delivery
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you ordered within the timeframes specified in your order confirmation. Please note that these timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates and should not be relied upon. If an incorrect address is provided, it is the responsibility of the User, and any additional charges incurred will be passed on to the User.
All products will be dispatched from Tom Cruiser. If your order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact us with your order number or client number. You may then choose to cancel the contract and request a full refund for the affected products as your sole remedy. Alternatively, you may propose a new delivery timeframe, and if we fail to deliver within this extended period, you can cancel the contract and request a full refund for the products.

Governing Law
